Just updated my website to #TYPO3 13.0.0 in order to test and report issues.

That also means my EXT:tracking is now compatible with v12 LTS and v13.0.0.
I'll keep it within a branch and verify with my website prior tagging new release.

AndreasKessel reshared this.

Do you have all composer dependencies under your control to do so yet? I just tested an update with a website which is currently in development and most 3rd party extensions and also tools like TypoScript linting are not yet compatible with v13.
I tried to fake the version number with an alias in composer but that didn't work either.

I only have core and my own tracking extension.

I noticed this I don't have the typescript linter in my own website. But yeah that one is not yet compatible. I guess I had the same situation with v11 and v12 already and therefore removed it.

My own website is a more testing field and always tries to be on latest version/main in order to test and provide feedback.

Not sure how much effort it would take to make it compatible.

Phpstan extension for TYPO3 and the testing framework for TYPO3 are already compatible, thanks to @Oliver Klee.

it‘s not that many extensions and tools here. Let’s see if it works out to create forks and add pull requests. On the other hand this will take some time and will delay my project.

On the other hand the upstreams and community will profit :) It is your decision. I don't know timing, budget, etc.

Wish you all the best :)

Well, it's a private non for profit project but nevertheless it's overdue and expected to be ready soonish.
